About the Author

Trinene Davis is a retired youth service officer who worked at the Connecticut Juvenile Training School. She lives with her daughter in CT, where she is an active member of the community, having served on the board of the City of New Britain School Readiness Program as well as the Parent Advisory Committee at the local YWCA.

Trinene enjoys planning events and parties and has a special talent for making homemade candy, which she prepares for every occasion.

New Events for 2011

October 13, 2011, My Sunny Day Book will be participating in the 13th Annual New Britain Youth Museum Auction held at the Shuttle Meadow Country Club in Kensington, CT. An event to raise money for the museum. Time is 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm (See Pictures)

October 22, 2011, Children's Book Author Trinene Davis will be participating in the Grand Opening Celebration of the new Albany Branch Library in Hartford, CT. Storytelling time is 1:15 pm to 1:45 pm
